Large windows let in the light of the Atlantic Ocean, and the sofa bed offers space for two additional guests without detracting from the room's spaciousness. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped – ideal for a relaxed breakfast or a late glass of wine after a day at the beach. The modern shower room with washing machine ensures that even longer stays remain effortlessly comfortable. A special highlight is the terrace with sea views: a perfect place for your first coffee in the morning or to end the day listening to the sound of the sea. Only about 100 metres separate this fully equipped apartment from Playa Paraíso beach – a place where days are measured not by the clock, but by the position of the sun. The location could hardly be better. Right next to the complex – opposite the legendary Hard Rock Hotel – you will find restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, a shopping mall and everything you need for an uncomplicated, relaxed holiday. Everything is within walking distance, everything feels easy. The well-maintained complex has a communal pool. This is currently closed for renovation work until mid-February 2026 – but the sea is practically on your doorstep and invites you to take a dip every day.
