GENERAL RENTAL AND CANCELLATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Cancellation by the customer
In the event of cancellation of the rental agreement by the customer, the following cancellation fees apply, calculated on the total rental price:
Up to and including 31 days before the arrival date:
50% of the agreed total rental price
From 30 days before the arrival date and in the event of later cancellation:
100% of the agreed total rental price
In the event of a no-show:
100% of the agreed total rental price
Early departure / termination of contract
If the customer departs early or terminates the rental agreement during their stay, they shall not be entitled to a refund of any payments already made, regardless of the reason for their departure.
